The COCO HOUSE DORTMUND is a property right next to Dortmund Central Station with an area of 4,395 sqm. There is an option to increase the GFA to approx. 25,000 sqm by adjusting the B-Plan.

The COCO HOUSE is a place where you can live, work, socialize. The Social Spaces are a great place to work, share a meal or meet kindred spirits. The COCO HOUSE are flexible home/office hybrids, also suitable for long stays, made for mobile professionals to live comfortably and work efficiently.

Our mission is to mix together like-minded individuals under one roof – aligning our international guests with internationally minded locals. We expanded the definition of a hotel to make it a platform where knowledge, ideas and people can mingle on a daily basis. Regular events will bring you in direct contact with inspiring individuals and companies – to exchange concepts, products and life lessons. But COCO HOUSE in itself is a regular event: our social spaces allow for easy interaction with your neighbors. It’s just a matter of going upstairs to join a pub quiz, watch a movie, play some Ping Pong or jam the night away. Our ultimate goal is to broaden your network, social circles and horizons.

PROJECT OUTLINE
COCO HOUSE will be located in the world’s biggest and most creative cities, where they will be imbedded in, or near, the cool, interesting neighborhoods everyone’s talking about. We’ll be within cuddling distance of culture, entertainment, shops, entrepreneurship, start-ups, creative industry, etc. We’ll always be easy to reach. COCO HOUSE will opens its first location in 2024/25. Backed by our private equity partners, COCO HOUSE plans an global rollout of hotels that we will run ourselves. As we’re an ambitious bunch, we want to open at least five new locations with a total of around 1000 COCO HOUSE micro-apartments as soon as possible to start with. Our aim is to create an offline social network of COCO HOUSE.
