F&W is a development and investment office for lifestyle-oriented integrated tourism complexes that fuels the future growth of each destination by developing distinctive tourism projects, creating themed lifestyle communities and providing unique investment opportunities for local and international partners to build leading brands to provide a target group-oriented platform from the areas of hospitality, leisure, sports and culture. We work closely with the government and partners within the project cluster to develop sustainable projects that enable economic diversification.
We work with private and public joint ventures to promote participation in some of the tourism lifestyle related developments and to act as a catalyst for investments in tourism developments by national and international partners.
