We deal with different development options from unmodernized buildings, plots of land, roof areas with building potential to interesting plots of land that are not yet ready for construction. Over the years we have planned many properties and conversions with or without building permits – and played a key role in the planning of numerous services living, hotels and integrated tourism complex conversions.
